Strange war, daily animations

Waging war in the Middle Ages is a matter of strategy, techniques and organized battles to attack and besiege cities, strongholds or castles. Once the recruitment is done, it is better to be well equipped and trained to become a soldier.Thus, the corps were at the forefront and in successive waves, cavalry, archers, crossbowmen and infantry contributed to the smooth running of military operations. The chroniclers’ accounts are numerous, cruel and sometimes funny in order to embellish and glorify these epic battles.In the absence of staff maps and in order to perfect the armies, the secret services play a crucial role by practicing espionage, negotiation, ransom, poisoning. . . enough to get involved in a strange war.

So, during a summer visit, every day, to the castle, plunge into the universe of a strange war as you meet a recruiting sergeant, a chronicler and a spy.

In the backyard, between war and training, prepare for military operations! Don't become a soldier who wants to, and yet you need men with arms! By following the sergeant's orders, by defending the castle, by going into the countryside, become a soldier on a daily basis. We recruit at all times, we teach the basics because the danger is indeed there: recruitment, brigade training, maneuvers, packing. . .
In the stately home, between war and tactics, take a look at it! Combat imagery, well-established attack techniques, the right strategy, theatrical staging, participatory games and a host of anecdotes! From Poitiers to Azincourt

One can no longer count the many battlefields during the Anglo-French conflict of the Hundred Years’ War. With the Maisnie Penthièvre, discover the scenario of a battle on the model of that of Azincourt in 1415 and in the original form of a diorama of 1.5m*1.5m composed of about 600 small figures of lead faithfully representing the various medieval soldiers (pickets, archers, crossbowmen, knights, etc. . . We're recruiting!

For four days, the company Lez Nominoë, will plunge children into the heart of the battle, with a variety of training situations : In the saddle, riding their faithful bucephalus, courier or wooden steed, they will strike Quintaine and try to get the coveted ring with their spear. That's a funny tournament. Thanks to the ram, if the heavy door of the besieged castle is broken down by the brave and valiant fighters of the day then the stronghold risks big. Strange attack.With precision and force, the brave players will train to aim and touch the castle walls with the help of the bricole, the siege machine, in the hope of destroying part of it. That's a funny shot.
